As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without any penalty, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the national legislation implementing it.
1. Time limit
The 14-calendar-day period starts on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the product.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To withdraw, inform us in writing before the period expires, by email to the shop's contact address. Please state your name, order number and the product you wish to return. You may use the following model form (it is not compulsory):

Once you have informed us of your decision, you must send the product back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you informed us. The returns address is:

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. We recommend sending the parcel with tracking.
4. Condition of the product
The product must be returned complete, in its box and with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product arrives damaged as a result of handling other than what was necessary, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the loss of value.
5. Refund
We will refund the full amount of the order, including the original standard delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you informed us of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, you will not have a right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, pieces with made-to-order colours or details).
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
7. Faulty or non-conforming product
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right at no cost to you (repair, replacement or refund, including return costs). This is in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity.
